Yes, however, materials not purchased & installed by GCH will not be warranted by GCH. If the customer would like to purchase and have GCH install it, all they need to do is pay the builder fee and have it installed to get warranty.

You can choose particular materials for your home, but because we provide a home warranty and we’re the one in charge of installation, we have to purchase them for you and have them installed by our people or crew.
